The monthly assessment (dues) is due on the first day of each month. Payments are late if received after the 10th day of the month in which they were due. A late fee of $50 will be assessed to all late payments. The Management Committee may also assess a default interest rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month on all delinquent accounts. The monthly assessment is $182.00 per month.
